Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing and using the Services offered by Noow. The Agreement sets forth the legally binding Terms and Conditions for your use of the website and all features and applications offered by Noow.

  2. You shall not attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Services or any activities conducted on the Services.

  3. You shall not scrape any Content from the Services and not take any action in violation of Noow's Policies.

  4. You will not advertise or promote other discussion boards, chat systems, online communities or other websites within posts, private messages, avatars and/or signatures without prior permission received from Noow.

  5. You will not choose a website domain, subdomain, or URL for which you are associated as your username. Doing so will result in removal of your Posts or termination of your account.

  6. Noow does not guarantee that any Content will be available on the Site or through the Services as Noow has no obligation to monitor the Site, Services and user Content. However Noow reserves the right to remove and edit any Content in its sole discretion without any notice to you and for any reason (including, but not limited to, upon receipt of claims or allegations from third parties or authorities relating to such Content or if Noow is concerned that you may have violated the Terms of Service). Noow reserves the right to access, read any information to satisfy any applicable law and to remove or block any User Content from the Services to protect the rights, property or safety of us, our users and the public.

  7. You agree that Noow's Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

  8. You agree that Noow makes no warranty that the Services will meet your requirements and expectations.

  9. You agree that Noow makes no warranty that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure and error-free.

  10. You agree not to use profanity while using the Services.

  11. Violation of any aspect of Terms of Service stated is subject to our Actions for general abuse and violations, or in extreme cases, immediate banning of your username/IP from the domains and/or the removal of your account from the database.

  12. You agree that, all disputes, of any type, regarding any transgression or disagreement with the policies of Noow, or the decisions of the administrative staff are final.

These other websites are not under Noow's control, and you acknowledge that Noow is not responsible or liable for the content, functions, accuracy, legality or any other aspect of such resources. The term “Content” includes, without limitation, videos, audio clips, posts and comments, text, information, data, photographs, software, scripts, graphics, and interactive features provided, or otherwise made accessible on or through the Services.

You agree that the Service contains the Content provided by Noow, its partners, users and that this Content is protected by copyrights and other proprietary rights and laws;

You agree not to disable or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Services or other features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any Content or enforce limitations on use of the Service or the Content therein;

Noow provides you with the ability to add, upload, submit, post, view and access the Content. You acknowledge that all Content accessed by you using the Services is at your own risk. Noow cannot guarantee the identity of any other users with whom you may interact in the course of using the Services, and you will be solely responsible for any damage or loss caused to you or any other party resulting from the foregoing;

You agree to grant Noow a non-exclusive license to use, edit, modify, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, and otherwise fully exploit the User Content in connection with the Site, the Services and Noow's business;

You agree that Noow shall have the right to delete, edit, modify, or translate any materials, Content or information submitted by you;

Termination

Noow reserves the right to terminate or limit your access to the Services at any time, without any notice to you and without specifying the reason, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your membership.

If you wish to close your account, you may do it by following the instructions on the Site. All provisions of the Terms of Use shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Limitation of Liability

In no event Noow nor its directors, employees, partners, content providers shall be liable with respect to any subject matter of this agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for:

  1. any lost data

  2. lost profits

  3. indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any kind

  4. cost of procurement or substitute products or services

Noow shall have no liability for any failure or delay due to matters beyond their reasonable control. We work hard to make your experience enjoyable. However, we cannot always avoid technical or other operational difficulties which may cause data and personalization settings loss or any service interruptions.

Modification of Terms of Service

Noow reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to edit, change, replace or discontinue any of the Terms of Service or Services (including without limitation, the availability of any feature, database, or content) at any time by posting a notice on the Site or by sending you a notice through the Services.
